The fitness classes we offer are all created with the intention of holistic benefit. We strive to create an environment where attention is paid to specific physical and mindful movement as part of the process of improving strength and cardio conditioning. Participants are shown how to be conscious of every move and how to take comfort in focusing on the body’s related responses. This practice makes fitness beneficial both inside and outside of the studio as we engage in activities that relate to the movement in our everyday lives.
