Below is an overview of the classes offered on our current schedule. You can reserve your spot to any scheduled day/time by clicking here. Drop-in students are always welcome!

Ballet (Basic/Beginner)
An introduction to basic ballet vocabulary, movement and fundamentals. This class gives students the tools to learn and grow naturally, while experiencing the joy of moving through space. Emphasis is placed on correct body alignment, posture and technique. Get a full-body work out while discovering the grace within!

Ballet (Intermediate)
A class appropriate for students who understand ballet vocabulary, terminology, and class structure. Dancers experience a traditional ballet barre, across the floor exercises, and center work. Focus will be placed on artistry, increasing flexibility, and building endurance. Refine your technique while challenging your mind and body.

Contemporary
A healing, forgiving, and unique style of dance. Inspired by the melding of Modern and Ballet technique, learn to move through space with ease. Encouraging all students to express themselves through dance and enjoy moving in an alternative way. Breathe, soar, emote, and dance.

Core Fusion
Geared toward improving mental and physical well-being by strengthening core muscles. This class uses controlled movements in the form of mat exercises to improve posture, balance, and develop a toned physique. Fusion refers to incorporating abdominals, as well as some upper and lower body toning exercises. Ditch the crunches and remember every season is bikini season.

Dance Stretch
Designed to help your body develop, increase, and maintain healthy flexibility.  Inspired by traditional dance stretches and yoga movements, this class is appropriate for the novice through the advanced athlete. We will encourage each individual to increase range of motion while elongating muscles. Enhance your life with a flexible body and mind.

Hip Hop
A high-energy alternative way to get fit and get down. Using upbeat music to get you into the groove, work on your isolations, attitude, and street cred. Aiming to have fun and experience a great cardio workout while learning hip dance moves that will later be incorporated into a combination. A fun and funky way to get fit!

Jazz
The American style of dance. Inspired by traditional ballet and modern influences, this class will work on connecting movement, placement, and building dance vocabulary. Broadway, Commercial or Fosse, experience the umbrella that is Jazz dance. Bring your jazz hands and strut your stuff.

Tap
Dance while exploring musicality, movement, and sound. Learn the fundamentals to become confident in moving and making music with your feet. Experiment in different choreographic styles including Rhythm and Broadway tap, experiencing a physical and mental workout. Practice your Time steps, sweat and make some noise.

Musical Theatre
An exciting combination of music, acting, and dance. This class utilizes a traditional Jazz warm up and exercises while focusing on enhancing one’s performance ability. Enjoy getting into character and exploring different musicals throughout the times. Have fun performing, dancing and increasing your triple threat abilities.

Pilates Mat
Geared toward improving mental and physical well being by increasing flexibility, and strengthening core muscles. This class uses controlled movements in the form of mat exercises to strengthen and tone, improve posture, balance, and create a more streamlined shape without increasing bulk. All levels of fitness ability welcome!

Yoga (Beginners)
An introduction to yoga, offered in a safe, supportive environment to establish or deepen your understanding of yoga and its principles. Great for new yogis, those who want to refresh their practice or those who want to ease into their bodies and practice.

Yoga (Vinyasa Flow)
A vigorous, more athletic approach to yoga techniques characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath. Breath is synchronized with movement as asana-postures flow one into another in a careful sequences.  This vigorous style of yoga will create internal heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and confidence.

Zumba
Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got a Zumba class!
